This is a lovely family property with plenty of room for everyone inside and outside! A Wooden staircase makes it safer for children and the pool is next to the house, so easy to keep an eye on. The pool has a specially raised non-slip step taking up a third of the pool area, perfect for little ones to play in as it's not too deep. Free welcome pack on arrival. Accessibility
There is a gravelled entrance with a small ramp to patio area.

Outside
Lovely gardens surround the property with large patio area around the private electrically heated swimming pool (8 x 4m). Patio includes covered pergola, dining table with chairs and sun loungers, BBQ with another covered area. Upper terrace with table and chairs and fridge.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to the nearest beaches at El Cotillo. Idyllic lagoons for fantastic swimming and snorkelling. Also great surf beach at other side of El Cotillo, Flag Beach Corralejo and the north coast.

Travel
35 minutes drive from the airport. 20 minutes drive to Corralejo for ferry to Lanzarote. Car hire recommended but not essential.

Distances
10 minutes walk to village centre. Supermarket, bars, great pizzeria and garden-deli restaurant (with internet access) for lovely meals. Surf shop and Artesania for gifts and local produce.

Further details
Nearest banks in El Cotillo 10 minutes drive, cashpoint in Lajares. Corralejo 20 minutes drive, large resort town with loads of shops and cafes, good for tax free shopping.
We have information on a number of interesting walks departing from the villa including a volcano and some fascinating fossils with breathtaking scenery! Birdwatchers have been impressed at the variety of wildlife in the vicinity and have spotted many roosting Bustards nearby.

Villa Papagayo is situated in a quiet corner at the edge of the lovely village of Lajares. Every morning you can see the sunrise over the mountains with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The heated pool is a luxury to dive into any time of the day.

Bathrooms:	Upstairs en-suite shower room with WC. Downstairs spacious bathroom with twin sinks, shower over bath, bidet and WC.
Kitchen:	Kitchen includes electric glass hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Utility Room:	Utility room with Washing machine.
Living Rooms:	Large open plan living room with dining area. Includes satellite TV (Nilesat), DVD player and music centre.
Other:	Inner Wooden staircase leading to upper level.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Bathroom and beach towels and all bed linen included, fresh towels/linen weekly.

Price

Current price is from £570 per week to £720 for upto 4 guests. Each extra guest is £50.

Arrival day is flexible. In cooler months the electric pool heater is free of charge, the pool is cleaned twice a week. We also provide a free welcome pack to save a dash to the supermarket for your basic requirements.
